We were in charge of the transportation services for the Korean Asian Games-related project team.
Tobu Corporation provided chartered transportation services to the Korean Asian Games-related project team during the event period. We flexibly responded to the operation schedule and local coordination, smoothly completing all transportation services.
This time, Tobu Corporation was responsible for the transportation services of the Asian Games-related project team visiting from Korea.
During the event period, we arranged multiple vehicles according to the team's schedule, conducting chartered transportation connecting accommodations and related locations. For long-term operations, in addition to daily schedule confirmations, detailed local coordination such as adjusting travel times and destinations was essential.
At our company, we shared information with the person in charge as needed, organized the operation system of vehicles and drivers, and responded with a focus on safety and time management. With the cooperation of all parties involved, we were able to successfully complete the transportation services during the period.
Through this operation, we once again realized that in team transportation related to international sports events, not only comfortable vehicles but also the ability to respond to schedule changes and smooth communication between those in charge are important.
At Tobu Corporation, centered in Nagoya, we offer chartered transportation tailored to purposes and numbers, such as sports events, international events, corporate inspections, and VIP services. We also propose operations with multiple vehicles and long-term vehicle arrangements according to the customer's schedule.
