Regarding Shuttle and Charter Vehicles During the Asian Games

Thank you very much for your continued use of Tobu Co., Ltd.

The 20th Asian Games (2026/Aichi-Nagoya) will be held from September 19 to October 4, 2026. During the event, many people, including athletes, event officials, companies, media, and tourists, are expected to visit the Aichi-Nagoya area.

As a result, the demand for hire cars, charter vehicles, and shuttle vehicles is higher than usual in Nagoya City, Chubu International Airport, around the competition venues, and various locations within Aichi Prefecture.

Especially during and around the event period, it may become difficult to secure vehicles such as Alphard, Vellfire, and Hiace on your desired date and time.

Additionally, due to increased vehicle demand, operation times, dispatch locations, and traffic conditions, prices may differ from the usual period.

Tobu Co., Ltd. is accommodating various shuttle services during the event period as follows.

Airport shuttle from Chubu International Airport to Nagoya City
Shuttle between hotels in Nagoya City and competition venues
Exclusive shuttle for VIPs, executives, and event officials
Charter vehicles for corporations and organizations
Long-term and full-day charter hire
Long-distance shuttle including outside Aichi Prefecture

Since reservation status changes daily, please contact us as early as possible if you are considering shuttle or charter vehicles during the event period.

If you inform us of your desired date and time, number of passengers, pick-up and drop-off locations, and preferred vehicle type, we will check availability and provide you with an estimate.

Regarding the fees during the event period, we will provide individual guidance based on the date, time, and operation details.

Tobu Co., Ltd. will provide shuttle services tailored to your schedule, prioritizing safe and smooth operations.
